Legal notice
AutoHubGT is presented here as an interactive marketplace concept for sourcing automobile parts, comparing prices, reserving offers, and coordinating delivery in the United Arab Emirates.
Platform operator
Production placeholder: [Licensed legal entity], [trade-licence number], [registered UAE address], [VAT/TRN where applicable], trading as AutoHubGT. Contact: hello@autohubgt.ae. These details must be completed before launch.
Marketplace role
The production platform may facilitate transactions among customers, parts suppliers, garages, couriers, and payment providers. Each offer should identify the contracting seller, part condition, compatibility basis, warranty provider, total price, tax treatment, delivery terms, and any material restrictions before acceptance.
Prototype status
This demonstration uses sample inventory, supplier names, prices, delivery windows, order references, and contact details. It does not process payment, create a legally binding sale, or transmit form entries to a backend.
UAE framework
Production terms should be aligned with applicable UAE rules governing technology-based trade, consumer protection, electronic transactions, personal-data protection, taxation, advertising, product safety, intellectual property, and any emirate-level licensing requirements.
Intellectual property and notices
AutoHubGT branding, interface elements, catalog structure, and original graphics may be protected. Third-party vehicle names, marks, OEM references, and product images remain the property of their respective owners and should be used only to identify compatibility or with permission.

Terms & Conditions
These draft terms describe the intended marketplace journey. The production version must identify the licensed operator, effective date, checkout terms, seller of record, payment provider, complaint route, and court or dispute forum.
1. Eligibility and account information
Users must have legal capacity to transact, provide accurate contact, vehicle, VIN, delivery, and billing information, protect account access, and have authority to order for a vehicle, garage, fleet, or business.
2. Search results and compatibility
Matching may use make, model, year, VIN, OEM or manufacturer references, descriptions, images, and supplier catalog data. A match indicator is decision support, not a substitute for final verification. The customer and supplier should confirm part number, variant, specifications, and installation requirements before dispatch or fitting.
3. Offers and transparent pricing
Each offer should display supplier, item condition, brand or equivalent status, warranty, stock status, total payable price, VAT and delivery charges where applicable, estimated delivery, return restrictions, and offer validity. “Best price” means the lowest displayed total among the compatible sample offers at that time; it is not a guarantee against every market price.
4. Deal lock, order formation, and payment
A deal lock may temporarily reserve stock and price. A binding order should arise only at the point stated in the production checkout flow, after required acceptance and payment authorisation or agreed business terms. Orders may be declined for stock error, price error, failed verification, fraud risk, safety concern, sanctions, or legal restrictions, with any captured amount handled under the published policy.
5. Delivery and inspection
Delivery windows are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Users must provide safe and accurate access, identify an authorised recipient, inspect packaging and part identity promptly, and report visible damage or discrepancy before installation wherever reasonably possible.
6. Returns, warranties, and mandatory rights
Eligibility depends on the displayed offer, condition, supplier warranty, installation status, diagnostic evidence, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not submit false information, interfere with the platform, scrape protected supplier data, bypass transaction controls, attempt fraud, list counterfeit or unsafe goods, or use AutoHubGT for unlawful activity.
8. Responsibility and liability
The final terms must transparently allocate responsibilities among AutoHubGT, the seller, courier, installer, and customer. Any limitation must be fair, prominent, and subject to mandatory law. Fraud, wilful misconduct, and other liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
9. Suspension and changes
Accounts, listings, or suppliers may be restricted for fraud, safety risk, repeated complaints, policy breaches, or legal requirements. Material term changes should be notified before taking effect, with records of user acceptance where required.
10. Governing law and disputes
The production agreement is intended to be governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. The final version must identify the competent UAE courts or agreed dispute process and preserve any mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy notice
This draft explains the data expected in a production marketplace. The current prototype has no server-side account system, sends no form data to AutoHubGT, and processes no real payment.
Data that may be collected
Identity and contact details, account credentials, vehicle and VIN information, part requests, uploaded images, supplier or garage details, delivery addresses, transaction and support records, device information, analytics, fraud signals, and consent or preference records.
Purposes and lawful handling
- Match vehicles and parts, compare offers, reserve deals, process orders, and arrange delivery.
- Verify participants, prevent fraud, provide support, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
- Issue records, meet legal obligations, improve service quality, and send marketing only where permitted.
Sharing
Relevant data may be shared with selected suppliers, garages, couriers, payment providers, hosting or support vendors, professional advisers, insurers, and authorities where necessary. Each recipient should receive only what is needed for its role and be bound by appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Production retention periods should be documented by data type and purpose. Technical and organisational measures should protect confidentiality, integrity, availability, access control, backups, incident response, and secure deletion.
Individual rights and choices
Subject to applicable law and verification, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer, objection, or withdrawal of consent. The production notice must provide a privacy contact and explain how requests and complaints are handled.
International transfers, cookies, and minors
Cross-border processing should use appropriate safeguards and disclosures. The production site should provide a separate cookie preference layer where required. Children should not transact independently; an authorised adult should complete the order.

Returns & warranty framework
The production platform should show the exact return window, exclusions, remedy, and warranty provider for each offer before the customer locks the deal.
Inspect before installation
Check the part number, packaging, visible condition, supplied accessories, and vehicle fitment promptly on delivery. Photograph damage or discrepancy and avoid installation until the matter is reviewed where reasonably possible.
Potential return eligibility
An item may qualify where it is incorrect, materially different from the listing, damaged before delivery, defective, or otherwise returnable under the displayed supplier policy or applicable law. Review may require the item, packaging, invoice, serial labels, photographs, and diagnostic evidence.
Common limitations
Subject to mandatory rights, eligibility may be affected for installed or used parts, opened sealed electronics, fluids, custom or VIN-programmed items, special orders, missing labels, user-caused damage, or incorrect ordering based on inaccurate vehicle details.
Refunds, replacements, and costs
Approved remedies may include replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy required by law. The final policy must state who pays collection, inspection, re-delivery, programming, diagnostics, and installation costs in each scenario and the expected refund timing.
Warranty claims
Warranty duration and provider must appear on the offer. Claims may require qualified installation, maintenance records, diagnostic reports, and return of the alleged defective part. Statutory rights remain separate from any voluntary warranty.

Supplier standards
Suppliers should meet these marketplace standards before their stock is presented as verified.
Authenticity and lawful origin
Suppliers must list only lawfully sourced goods, retain traceability and purchase records, and never offer counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, tampered, or deliberately misdescribed parts.
Accurate listings and prices
Condition, brand, genuine/OEM-equivalent/aftermarket status, OEM references, compatibility limits, photos, serial numbers, warranty, stock, total price, VAT, delivery readiness, and exclusions must be accurate and current.
Fitment and substitution
No substitution should be made without informed customer approval. Suppliers must flag uncertainty, provide requested evidence, and complete the agreed compatibility check before dispatch.
Packaging, safety, and delivery handoff
Parts must be securely packaged, labelled to the order, protected where fragile, heavy, electrical, fluid-bearing, or otherwise sensitive, and handed to the courier with correct documents and handling instructions.
Complaints, returns, and recalls
Suppliers should respond promptly, preserve evidence, honour valid remedies, support safety recalls, and cooperate with AutoHubGT, customers, payment providers, couriers, and competent authorities.
Monitoring and enforcement
Verification may be reviewed, suspended, or removed for poor accuracy, safety risk, counterfeit concerns, unresolved complaints, policy breaches, or legal non-compliance. Serious matters may be escalated to relevant authorities.
